Join Our Team as an HRIS Specialist – Streamlining HR Digital Solutions and Operations with Workday

Are you an experienced HRIS professional with a passion for optimizing HR systems and enhancing data-driven decision-making? We’re searching for an HRIS Specialist to join our team, where you’ll play a critical role in administering and improving our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to meet our organization’s strategic goals.

As a key part of our HR team, you’ll support the HRIS Manager and ensure smooth, efficient system operations while driving continuous improvements in data accuracy, reporting, and system functionality.

What You’ll Do

  • Master HR Systems: Manage the day-to-day operations of Workday HRIS, overseeing data entry, system maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Configure with Precision: Set up and maintain HRIS modules like Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Peakon, Advanced Compensation, and more as we expand our capabilities.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits and validation checks to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
  • Support Our Users: Offer technical support to HR staff and end-users, resolving system-related queries and providing hands-on training to help everyone maximize system functionalities.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Analyze current HR workflows and processes, identifying and implementing enhancements to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Develop Insights: Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and key metrics that empower HR and business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Keep Us Compliant: Ensure our HRIS practices align with company policies, labor laws, and data protection regulations while maintaining strong system security controls.
  • Lead HRIS Projects: Take charge of HRIS-related projects, from system upgrades to new module implementations, working closely with external vendors and cross-functional teams to see them through to completion.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Professional: You have 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HRIS, with expertise in system configuration, administration, and data management.
  • Tech-Savvy and Analytical: You’re proficient in creating and managing reports and dashboards within Workday and have a keen eye for detail when solving problems.
  • Collaborative Communicator: With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you thrive in team environments and can explain complex system functionalities to diverse stakeholders.
  • Process-Oriented: You know how to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Certified or Ready to Grow: While a Workday HRIS certification is preferred, it’s not required – but a passion for continuous learning is a must!
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with project management methodologies and knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus.
