We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in a bustling streetfood cafe setting. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, food safety, and catering activities, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

## Duties

- Support the kitchen staff in cooking and meal preparation tasks

- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations

- Assist with catering orders and food presentation

- Help maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area

- Collaborate with culinary team members for efficient kitchen operations

## Qualifications

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
