Kitchen Porter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter will assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team in food preparation tasks.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff
- Dispose of waste following proper procedures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when reordering is necessary
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment

Experience:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation processes is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
