The Care Advantage is currently recruiting for the following job vacancies to work in Rochford TCA locations.

· Community or Domiciliary Care Workers

· Supported Living Care Workers

· Highly Experienced Care Workers to support Complex Care Clients

· Live-In Care Workers

TCA services:

• Supported Living Care Workers for either child, young People, Adult and Elderly People
• Domiciliary or Community Care Workers for either: children, young People, Adult and Elderly People
• Live-In Carer support bedtime, Food and everyday activity.

We are a preferred supplier of care and support services for local authorities and can offer you both full-time or part-time or bank hours.

This position offers flexible hours and we can accommodate various work pattern. Example: if you are only looking to work morning, evenings and/or weekends

We are looking for people with a caring, friendly and respectful approach to support our Clients in their own homes and assist them with day-to-day duties. The ideal candidate will have the ability to show empathy and understanding of the needs of vulnerable people.

Supporting clients who may have a wide range of differing requirements and whose needs may range from companionship and domestic support to personal care. Care must be delivered in accordance with current best practices, according to company policies and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Home Care Manager.

This role involves:

• Assistance with Personal Care (toileting/ showering/ bathing/ washing)
• Light Domestic Duties
• Medication Administration
• Shopping/Companionship
• Meal Preparation
• Supporting Clients with complex care needs
