Guest Experiences Lead

Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Guest Experiences Lead...this part-time position is responsible for leading and developing all Guest Experiences teams at the Chesterfield campus. The position will also oversee emergency response at Chesterfield campus on the weekend.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Duties for Guest Experiences at Chesterfield

• Build, develop and oversee all Guest Experiences teams, including team leaders, supervisors, parking team, greeters, connections & coffee bar.
• Work with other campuses to ensure consistent delivery of volunteer management of Guest Experiences teams.
• Coordinate and deliver team building activities and training for the Guest Experiences Teams.
• Work through serving profile process with ministry app team for Guest Experiences team.
• Provide volunteer care and discipleship to all volunteers in Guest Experiences.
• Participate in Dinners at The Crossing at the Chesterfield campus.
  
  

Duties for Emergency Services

• Work with security team, officers and other Guest Experiences staff to implement and train on emergency procedures.
• Have a thorough knowledge of The Crossing emergency plan.
• Must be willing and able to react to any emergency, display confidence and remain calm until the emergency has been resolved.
• Requires additional training including CPR, AED and first aid.
• Must be able to build and maintain relationships with the Police Officers and coordinate monthly schedule for weekday and weekend activities.
  
  

Duties for Special Events

• Work alongside Chesterfield campus team to implement special events at Chesterfield campus, including non-ministry events.
• Assist in baptism event.
• Funeral coordinator for Chesterfield campus as needed.
• Assist with other events at different campuses based on availability.
