We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive occupancy and enhance our brand image. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management, with a focus on using Webflow, Adobe Suite, and Mailchimp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop engaging, high-quality content for our website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and update our Webflow website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Craft compelling blog posts, articles, and guest stories that highlight our hotel’s unique offerings.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and PPC.
  • Utilize Mailchimp to design and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at driving direct bookings, promoting special offers, and engaging with past guests.
  • Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals.
  • Develop and manage our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Brand Development:
  • Work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to ensure that all marketing efforts align with our brand identity and business goals.
  • Identify new opportunities to elevate the brand’s visibility in the luxury travel market.
  • Create marketing collateral that reflects our brand’s values and enhances the guest experience, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives that drive occupancy and brand loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and KPIs to present to management.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
