We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to oversee the operations of our vibrant bar in a prestigious late night setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in Food and Beverage background and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day bar operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximise bar profitability
- Training and supervising bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues promptly
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or catering would be advantageous
