Role : Senior/ Site Manager

Location : East Kent

Salary : GBP50k : GBP65k

I am looking for a Site manager for a client in East Kent, ideally youll have experience working on projects up to the value of GBP3m for a new Educational exstension project.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all works are undertaken within a safe manner
• Manage, supervise and mentor the site team
• Adopt, maintain and promote cost conscious management
• Ensure realistic scheme programmes are prepared, reviewed and updated throughout the projects duration
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed and updated
• Prepare progress project reports, and ensure that method statements, risk assessments and approval documents are in place for all site activities
• Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all the contractual requirements
• Manage subcontractors and materials
• Manage Labour and site inductions
  
  

Key Attributes

• Having a strong background of working within the build industry
• CSCS site manager qualified
• First Aid
• Valid Full UK Driving LIcence
• Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality
• Be confident working in a team and adapting to more responsibility
