Job Title: Team Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days
Location: Knowle, Solihull
Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour (£18,200 - £18,850 per annum, based on 25 hours)
Benefits: 20 days annual leave (increasing to 25 days with service) plus bank holidays, pension contributions, access to Bupa Healthline and free parking.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join our client, a well-established, family run business based in modern offices in Knowle, Solihull. This role is part time offering the perfect opportunity to work around school hours, with flexibility on start and finish times, working 25 hours over either 4 or 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Once trained in the role, hybrid working 1 day a week is available. The successful candidate will be a competent Administrator, providing support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of operations.
Duties Include
- Booking clients on to the CRM system, maintaining and tracking progress.
- Producing reports for client meetings.
- Liaising with potential clients, keeping accurate records and negotiating extensions on tenders.
- Liaising with clients to gain feedback on the service they received.
- Ordering and issuing industry specific health and safety documents.
- Using Microsoft Excel to import data into the CRM system.
- Maintain an accurate electronic library of all records.
- Produce reports on projects to ascertain any financial loss to recover.
- Assisting with reconciliations.
- General administrative duties.
Skills And Experience Required
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent administration skills.
- A high degree of self-management and initiative.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and bespoke CRM systems.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a focus on numbers.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to work to deadlines.
- High standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
- Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
