We have a fantastic opportunity for a Key User to join our team based at our business centre in Castleford.
About The Role
This role involves providing operational, technical and sales support for one of our platforms to customers and internal stakeholders.
On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be:
- Adding new and updating existing users to the Admin Portal
- Organise and administer training courses either internally or to customers when required
- Provide a help desk for customers and internal employees with general platform enquiries
We are looking for someone who has experience of developing and implementing product support strategy.

- Competent using Microsoft Office applications
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good administration skills.
