They are looking for a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully selling IT services and solutions. You will play a key role in expanding their client base, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

• Identify and target potential clients in the IT industry to promote a range of services.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.

• Negotiate and finalise contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Prerequisites


• Proven experience in business development within the IT services sector.

• Strong understanding of IT solutions and services.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
