An exciting and instantly recognisable Consumer organisation are currently building out their commercially focused FP&A team, and the impressive Head of FP&A is looking for their second in command by way of a Senior FP&A Analyst.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the successful Senior FP&A Analyst:
Provide financial scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis, including the development and coordination of a central risk and opportunities log.
Deliver and coordinate high-quality budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities, ensuring consistency and control across business areas.
Produce accurate and insightful financial analysis, including Board packs and dashboards, for the leadership team and wider management, ensuring that information is forward looking, insightful, and presented in a professional and consistent way.
Work collaboratively with FDs and their teams to coordinate central deliverables, managing and planning the associated processes (including month-end timetables), and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Support the implementation of best practice and continuous improvements in the function and wider business.
Help capitalise on the Group’s investment in IT by ensuring we use our technology to improve accuracy and efficiency of reporting and commercial insights.
Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis and management information.
Skills and experience of the successful Senior FP&A Analyst:
Qualified accountant (including CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in a commercial finance and / or an FP&A environment.
Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills and an ability to plan and coordinate financial activities. Able to build and maintain effective relationships and quickly build credibility.
Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
Able to model and analyse large datasets and succinctly summarise for both Finance and non-Finance colleagues.
Have a very high level of attention to detail and be comfortable working at pace.
Skilled planner and organiser.
