The People Development Team provides high quality learning and development opportunities to all colleagues at the University of Bristol.
The administration team within the People Development team is looking to recruit a CREATE Administrator to help with the smooth running of the CREATE programmes. This is an exciting and varied role, working across the whole University to support all colleagues with their development.

What will you be doing?
The role holder will support the day-to-day delivery of the CREATE Scheme, working as part of the People Development Admin Team in collaboration with academic colleagues in the Bristol Institute for Learning and Teaching by:
- Responding to queries by email and phone.
- Ensuring the smooth delivery of courses and events, both in person and virtually.
- Using the systems owned and utilised by People Development and BILT (including SITS/eVision, Blackboard (the student OLE), Develop (the UoB’s LMS).
- Delivering comprehensive and professional administrative support within People Development and BILT.
- Supporting a wide range of audiences and staff groups within the University, including professional services colleagues, academics, researchers, technicians and other groups.
You should apply if

- You enjoy working with a team, you’re keen to learn new skills and you’re willing to share your knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.
- You can work independently, take initiative and be proactive.
- You have excellent planning and organisational skills and a good degree of computer literacy, including the MSOffice suite and experience of relational databases.
- You enjoy working in a busy environment, under pressure at times; to produce accurate work to deadlines, with attention to detail.
