- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with mobility
- Monitor and record information, such as symptoms, progress, and vital signs
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by maintaining cleanliness and infection control protocols
- Assist with transfers and transportation within the care facility
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to provide exceptional care
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Skills:
-2 years experience in care
-Level 2 or Care Certificate
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
