Your tasks will include:

  • Personal Care: Assisting clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Medication Management: Administering medication as prescribed and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
  • Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client, including tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and changing bed linens.
  • Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals according to the client's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities with the client.
  • Transportation: Assisting with transportation to appointments, errands, or social events.
  • Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Documentation: Accurately documenting care provided and client condition.
