We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us as a Training Officer in the Pensions Service based at One Angel Square in Northampton.
What will you be doing?The Training Officer role sits within the Governance & Regulations team and it's responsible for delivering one-to-one and group training to new entrants and existing staff including training on legislation, business processes, workflow and administration/financial systems.
You will also be responsible for preparing training modules and work with managers and Team Leaders with reviewing and writing procedures in response to new Government guidance, new system releases and enhancements.
