In this role, you will manage all HR functions, oversee the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

What you'll be doing:
HR Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with Wild Nutrition's goals and culture
- Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee relations
- Own employee values evolution and deployment throughout the organisation
- Develop and maintain HR policies that promote a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment on people and culture strategies
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, championing our wellness council meetings, and action planning to ensure our culture continues to thrive as we continue to grow
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace where all employees feel empowered
Workplace Experience
- Line manage the Workplace Experience Manager and ensure the development of programs that enhance employee well-being and workplace culture
- Ensure alignment between HR and the Workplace Experience team to create a unified employee experience
People Development & Performance
- Manage learning and development initiatives to help employees grow in their roles and careers
- Coach people managers on best practices for leading their teams effectively
- Oversee appraisal processes, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth
- Identify and implement initiatives to increase employee retention and development
HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee benefits and ensure that our offerings remain competitive and supportive of employee well-being
- Support Line Managers with any complex employee relations issues and provide support for grievance and disciplinary processes
Requirements
Essential skills we are looking for:
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a growth-oriented or purpose-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employment law
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and work collaboratively with employees at all levels
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly effective cross-functional skills with demonstrable evidence of influencing peers and upwards
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creating an inclusive and empowering workplace
- Experience managing DEI initiatives and promoting an inclusive company culture
