This is an exciting opportunity to join the Area SENCo Team at Birmingham City Council. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to undertake the role of Special Educational Needs/Disabilities (SEND) Inclusion Funding Support Officer.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a SEND Inclusion Funding Officer (known internally at Birmingham Council as Inclusion Support in the Early Years (ISEY) Support Officer), to join our team.
You will play a proactive role in further embedding a consistent, excellent and reliable process for providing funding to Early Years settings for children with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities.
As a Funding Support Officer, you will work as part of a dynamic team in continuing to deliver an effective and high-quality service.You will be responsible for processing applications, using appropriate IT systems and completing any follow-up work.
