Job Title: Library Team Leader
Salary: £19,994 -£21,771 per annum.
Hours: 28 hours per week, including evening (until 10pm) and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) working

The Role:
Worcestershire Libraries are recruiting for a Library Team Leader for The Hive.
This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individuals, with experience of providing excellent customer service and leading a team to join Worcestershire Libraries and The Hive.
As a Team Leader, you will lead and supervise staff, including setting clear expectations and goals to support high performance. You will be working alongside the library team delivering a wide range of literacy, reading and learning services and helping to promote wider community participation. You will have a good understanding of information resources, be comfortable working closely with partner organisations and be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer service across a diverse customer base, including children and young people.

The post is based on a 2-week rota which includes some Saturdays, Sundays and evening working (until 10pm).
