The project:

A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached).

The role:

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Measuring, cutting, shaping and smoothing wood and other materials according to specifications
• Constructing and installing frameworks, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors, roofs and other structures
• Reading blueprints, drawings and sketches to grasp requirements
• Sourcing materials and preparing estimates
• Performing repairs and renewals
• Working in various areas of construction and helping other trades with woodworking projects
  
  

About you:

• Have the correct CITB qualifications (CSCS)
• Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
