Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient office functioning. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in various office software applications. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage office staff, including training and development - Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage office budget and expenses - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism - Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Utilize phone systems with proper etiquette Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Knowledge of medical office management is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong problem-solving skills - Previous experience supervising staff is desired We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
