VNDLY is a next-generation vendor management SaaS platform crafted for procurement executives, talent acquisition teams, suppliers and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to collaborate workforce needs.
It develops cloud software that helps our customers streamline the talent sourcing and acquisition process across different sources including staffing agencies, job boards and freelance management systems.
VNDLY software does all of the work for the client, putting algorithms and data science to work in acquiring the right talent and incorporating dashboards to provide complete transparency of the talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities
Functional configurations, Business process, Security, Alerts, Notifications
Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
Suggest and improve business processes
Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
Impart training to users on Workday
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical, should have experience in Workday Implementation and Support.
- Infuse operations with artificial intelligence (AI) and other forms of automation that redefine everyday challenges.
- Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
- Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
- Good communication and customer facing skills.
- Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
