Full Job Description -
We are an independent franchisee of Aaron's and we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Aaron's has a long legacy as an industry leader in lease to own sales, with continued growth regardless of the economy. As a sales manager the job duties would include but not be limited to the following;
· Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers.
· Achieve planned growth and profit goals.
· Plan and organize to meet or exceed forecasted financial goals.
· Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times.
· Train and develop team staff.
· Ensure all returned merchandise is certified.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
