What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parking Ambassador position at ABM?
The Parking Ambassador has a variety of duties providing quality service to customers and monthly parking with the goal of enhancing the customer experience. The Parking Ambassador must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties include but are not limited to pulling trash, cleaning entrances and exits, sweeping and wiping down stairwells, and making sure the parking garage is litter free
Pay:$16.40/HR

Responsibilities
- Maintains their work area, which is often a business entrance, performing housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and adhere to control and security policies. Helps guests feel comfortable and gives a positive first impression.
- Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co-workers
- Guests may sometimes be frustrated, confused, or angry, so it's vital that greeters are able to remain calm, professional, and polite
- Has knowledge of relevant products, policies and procedures
- Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all other departments
- Attends all required Department scheduled shifts, meetings and training sessions
- Maintains a safe work area
- Able to enact facility emergency procedures
- Provides optimal levels of customer service wherever possible
- Analyzes the customer's requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- One year of similar experience preferred.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required badges and seals (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history
