What are the responsibilities and job description for the Drivers position at Accu-Shape LLC?
Job Opportunity: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes driving time round trip twice a day.
This is a part time position for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of every week. We are in need of a dependable driver to bring one of our employees to his job in the morning at 6:30 A.M. and take him home in the evening at 4:00 P.M. He lives on Bartville Rd Christiana and our shop is located at New Holland Rd and Route 340 in Gordonville / White Horse area. In this position, you will follow prearranged routes to destinations or use maps and GPS to navigate routes. You will also maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Practice safe driving habits
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
- Accurately follow routes, maps, and directions
- Complete documentation such as logs, mileage, or cargo and passenger reports
- Keep exterior of vehicle clean and presentable
- Maintain vehicle equipment; replace oil, fill gas tank, perform general motor vehicle maintenance as needed for safety
- Clean windows, windshields, and mirrors as needed
- Keep interior of vehicle clean of debris and clutter
- Collect payments, document amount, and offer receipts when necessary
- Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion
