The Achievable Health is a nonprofit Federal Qualified Community Health Center whose mission
is to provide high quality, integrated care to individuals with intellectual and developmental
Disabilities, Their Families, And Other Vulnerable Populations.
Salary: $215K - $240K, DOE

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and as a member
of an interdisciplinary health care team, the Physician is responsible for providing complete
clinical care for all patients, including, but not limited to: performing exams; providing health
education and counseling; managing acute and chronic illnesses; consulting with and referrals
to specialist; timely documentation in EMR system; providing consultations to other physicians,
mid-levels, or medical assistants, as needed. Participating in QA/QI program.
Position Requirements: Valid, unrestricted CA license; BE/BC in the State of California;
current DEA and CPR (BLS/PALS) certification; must be able to interact with people of various
socioeconomic status and have the ability to address sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy;
must be able to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers and board members; must be able to
Demonstrate Strong Communication Skills In English (bilingual English/Spanish, Preferred).
