Job Title: Construction Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Coordinator to perform various administrative duties which include typing, copying, and filing. The selected candidate will coordinate office communications with the Project Team, monitor insurance and bond requirements for subcontractors and vendors, and manage project close-out documents. Responsibilities also include creating the Submittal Registry for projects, assisting with the routing of RFIs, controlling drawing documents, maintaining filing systems, and recording meeting minutes. The role involves supporting multiple project managers and other duties as assigned by the Project Management team.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
