Description:
- Preparation and prosecution of patent applications
- Working with in-house team members to write strong patent applications
- Collaborate with external IP counsel
- Drafting figures and examples to describe invention
- Managing databases and dockets
- Monitor, prepare, file, and maintain databases for patent documents and prosecution
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- MS or PHD in molecular bio, molecular genomics, or chemistry
- Patent litigation matters
- Reporting recommendations to management
- Administrative patent duties
- Admission to practice before the USPTO
