Job Description

Phlebotomist will be back office working with about 15 patients/day

- Medium pace setting that is busy since they do everything from blood draws to full processing alone.

- Update chart as needed and do data entry

- Perform venipuncture procedures

- Blood draws and collect specimens

- Spin and centrifuge specimen

- Freeze or send out samples

- Verifying billing and insurance information

Qualifications

Must have:

- Phlebotomy schooling completed

- 1 years of experience with phlebotomy and especially processing

- Fully comfortable with processing samples (spinning samples/centrifuge, refrigerating, etc)

Nice to have:

- Phlebotomy Certification

- Experience with computer systems
