Job Responsibilities
- Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple IT Services projects and maintenance operations.
- Coordinates with back office and contractual staff to recruit, train, coach, and mentor employees.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Plans and reviews compensation actions and enforces both corporate and government policies and procedures.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Develops, prepares, and implements action plans for process improvement, quality control/assurance, employee performance improvement, and other activities as needed.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards by resolving problems, completing reviews, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
- Meets financial objectives by preparing cost and budget reports, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
- Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to team accomplishments.

Education and Experience:
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Secret Clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related business or technical field
- Experience: 10 or more years of related experience, including 5 years in a program manager role
- Demonstrated leadership of multiple contracts of significant complexity and scope
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing. Most positions require ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time. Computer activities include reading, reviewing and analyzing information, as well as providing recommendations, summaries, and reports in written or verbal format. Additionally, positions require ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; as well as speak and hear.
Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
