Requirements:
Office, Accounting, Customer Service Management - 5 years (preferred) Administrative, Quickbooks Online - 3 years (preferred) Collection Activities, Bookeeping - 2 years (preferred) Outstanding Written, Verbal and Communication skills including proper pronunciation and grammer Must be able to display a consistent professional and courteous tone of voice at all times Excellent organizational skillswith very tsrong attention to detail Utilize tangible leadership skills to build a strong team and positive atmosphere Ability to commute when required
Primary Responsibilities
Manage Office Staff Maintain accurate records in Quickbooks Complete accounts receivable and accounts payable activities Coordinate payroll and benefits Complete and document HR compliance Oversee performance documentation Document and manage the office division performance Maintain tax, insurance and compliance requirements Maintain vendors, resources and subcontractors
