Adventist Health Sonora is actively seeking a full-time mission-minded general urologist to work out of a hospital owned and operated clinic to serve the ever-growing need for our central California community in Tuolumne and Calaveras counties. The ideal candidate will be experienced, but new grads are encouraged to apply. We have hired our first physician who is starting in March and now we are looking for his partner. The robot XI is already here for you to provide excellent patient care.
The incoming physician will work in tandem with other providers, provide 1:4 call and will require both in- and outpatient work. This position begins as salary then transitions to a production model. This position is employed through our affiliated medical group.
Sonora is an idyllic town on the western slope of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Fondly known as “gold country,” Sonora is ideally located within a few hours from Sacramento and San Francisco, close to Yosemite National Park.
Candidates must be BC/BE, be CA licensed or eligible and meeting the hospital’s medical staff credentialing standards.
