What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Aerotek?
Description:
There are two different departments a machine operator could be in, the mixing/blending department and the packaging department. In both departments the operator will be performing setups, tool changes, and minor troubleshooting/maintenance when required. The machines are mainly operated through a digital touchscreen panel that can change different settings. However they will also be making manual adjustments on the machines as well using some different hand and power tools. It also a big portion of the job to run quality checks on product to ensure all production is up to standard.
