What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Alario Tech?
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager with strong customer service skills for our technology related company. Key tasks will include scheduling, time tracking, general bookkeeping, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, creating support tickets, basic inventory management, and extensive followup.
This position requires a professional demeanor, active listening, and the ability to recognize and track important details. The position will have a set weekly schedule at a minimum of 20 hours per week Mon-Thurs, 10am-3pm. (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm preferred)
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant customer service and some generalized bookkeeping experience in a service based industry. Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus!
