Main activities:
- Clearly understand all of the safety procedures for safe operation of equipment
- Proper identification of tube defects
- Assist in investigation of any Quality complaints
- Follow appropriate line clearance procedures
- Accurately set and adjust the machine in accordance with designated parameters
- Maintain good housekeeping.
- Assist in line preps as per prep team instruction
- Must be able to read and understand pack specifications
- Employees must adhere to 5S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment.
- Maintains the entire work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Accurately documents work performed.
- Monitor’s equipment performance and performs routine care and maintenance as required.
- Works in partnership with maintenance technician to resolve equipment problems.
- Assist in cross-training team members and co-workers as assigned.
- Must possess good communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must possess the ability to effectively apply mathematical concepts and reasoning skills.
Profile (Experience & qualifications)
- 3-5 years production/manufacturing experience required
- High School diploma or GED required or relevant proven experience
- Good math skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Positive work ethic
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good multi-tasking/problem solving skills.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot cleaning process.
- Ensures equipment is operating properly and safely.
Salary : $38,100 - $48,200
