Pay: Starting at $23 per hour
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Flexible hours after 90 days.

Paid Volunteer Time After your first 90 days of employment you will receive paid volunteer hours each year to participate in TMG Cares Events that give back to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with hiring managers; to connect regarding hiring needs and recruiting strategies
- Manage relations between the HR Department and General Managers of branches
- Provide initial phone screening with candidates to set proper expectations about each role
- Scheduling Interviews with hiring Managers
- Sending testing and assessments needed for each position
- Preparing offer letter
- Initiating background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork
- Develops a Hi touch process to follow up with new employees weekly & monthly - 6mo post hire
- Work in a team-based environment to support hiring managers in reaching goals and hiring priorities
- Assisting with vacation and time off requests.
- Maintains internal job postings, internet sites, and job requisitions.
- Assists in maintaining and/or developing job descriptions as needed.
- Assists in coordinating all aspects of events.
- Assists in organizing and managing giveaways, contests, and sweepstakes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to set and achieve goals independently
- Passionate about exceeding expectations and going the extra mile to achieve goals
- Willingness to communicate with hiring managers via email, phone, and in-person
- Basic Microsoft Suite Knowledge
