**Position Summary:**
The HR Coordinator will support HR programs for US employees, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, safety, compliance, and training. This role serves as a key contact for employees and managers and provides administrative support to the HR team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Reception Desk (5%):** Greet visitors, manage entry protocols, assist with deliveries, and maintain mail sorting and inventory.
2. **HR & Employee Services (25%):** Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, manage employee documentation, coordinate recognition programs, maintain company communication tools, and update legal posters.
3. **Recruiting (30%):** Manage job postings, the Applicant Tracking System, and recruit for various positions. Oversee intern programs and internal promotions.
4. **Onboarding (5%):** Prepare new hire materials, facilitate orientation, and ensure proper onboarding procedures.
5. **Workplace Safety (30%):** Manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate ergonomic evaluations, and participate in safety council activities.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing environments.
