What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Anywhere?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the delivery of all correspondence relating to Title and Escrow.
- The Delivery Specialist is a critical player that works with other team members to build a support line that ensures customer service and satisfaction for TitleOne Corporation.
- Provides support to the Team by performing such duties as delivery of loan packages, title commitments, commission checks, listing packages and other related documents.
- In smaller operations, this position may also lead to dual positions such as receptionist or customer service.
- Responsible for exchanging personal checks to cashier checks at various banks and/or credit unions.
- Assist team with various tasks such as purchase of office supplies, refreshments and/or miscellaneous needs.
- Administrative/Front Desk backup duties
- Maintain and record all repairs, oil changes, tune-ups, car washes that are done to the TitleOne Corporation vehicle on an “as needed” basis.
