FT GM for 459 high-rise building must have a minimum five-year experience in condo management. Position requires supervisory skills of maintenance, janitorial and security staff, experience in bldg. mechanical systems, rule enforcement, proficiency in Word, Excel and Publisher for newsletter and great customer service. ARM designation a plus. Included are: Rent for one-bedroom apartment; use of AOAO cell phone; medical and dental insurance for GM. Salary commensurate with experience.
