This position involves close collaboration with the Environmental Health and Safety team and the Construction Project team. The specialist will support a range of functions, including capital planning, operational expenditure (OpEx) budget management, supplier management, and the handling of reporting and invoicing tasks. Responsibilities will include: * Track and certify compliance-related equipment, including elevators, chair lifts, plumbing systems, fall protection systems, and Area of Refuge (AOR) systems, in alignment with certification schedules for different locations. * Maintain and manage detailed lists of compliance systems and their certification dates. * Schedule and coordinate vital repairs to meet certification deadlines. * Assist in capital planning for compliance systems, focusing on improvements based on age and inspection results. * Participate in annual OpEx budgeting to ensure sufficient funding for compliance-related activities and avoid financial oversights. * Implement and maintain tools, policies, and standards to meet compliance obligations. * Manage and produce all vital reporting documentation for Real Estate & Development (RE&D) team members, property managers, and governmental bodies.

- Ability to balance the trade-offs between operational risk and investment, constantly seeking the highest quality and design at the best value

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $158,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
