Cypress, CA : Great company looking to add a Team leader to be the "middle" person between the dept. manager and the team of 3 Account Managers.
Account Manager / Customer Relations :
Position will require good customer contact as well as communication with sales reps. Communication will be via email and phone (inbound for the most part)
Someone who has experience with sales and PO processing, etc.
Responsible for order input, customer service calls and order tracking, etc. Microsoft Dynamics / Great Plains is current order system.
Technically inclined, college graduate, excellent communication skills. Field Shared Notes : Problem Solver / someone who can plow through / self-sufficient / thrive in a fast paced environment / able to work the desk, train, able to manage to get the job done and have the team be on the same page and be successful.
someone independent, make good judgment calls and decisions.
