Job Title: Oracle Database Administrator

Job description:
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Experience: Strong Database Administrators with minimum 2 years of experience in OEM Tool
- Database: Strong database administrative knowledge OEM Knowledge
- Oracle OEM R&R
- Analyze the Server & database inventory to obtain the database in-scope
- Handle Ownership of Databases as Primary /Secondary DBA.
- Database Build, Upgradation, Patching, Migration activities.
- Setup Oracle Data Guard and troubleshot data sync issues.
- Validate the approved Change records which comes to Migrations Team’s Queue.
- Install the Oracle 19c Database Binaries and apply the latest PSU patch on the same on all nodes.
- Perform database full backup & also take DB home backup.
- Ensure the DB recovery area and size parameters are set properly to create the restore point before the upgrade.
- Perform the DB Upgrade pre-checks and fix the failed components.
- Run the actual DB upgrade and monitor the logs.
- Verify the upgrade logs and make sure there are no error & failures.
- Perform the end-to-end DB sanity and verify each parameter post upgrade.
- Reconfigure the OEM using new DB home path and make sure it’s all green.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
