Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities of this position include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing functions. This role requires collaborating with department team members to meet deliverables, while multi‐tasking to ensure competing demands are met on time throughout the monthly accounting cycle. The Accounting Associate is expected to be an effective communicator with internal personnel at all levels of the organization and provide consistent quality customer service when working with our clients and vendors. This is a Hybrid position working 20% on‐site in our corporate office.

Candidate Profile

• Associate degree (or equivalent course work) or bookkeeper certification.
• Basic understanding of GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics SL or similar application.
• Working knowledge of document management systems, is a plus, but not required.
• Qualified candidates will be detailed orientated, well organized, self‐motivated.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with project‐based accounting in a professional services firm a plus.

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience. APT Metrics has comprehensive benefits that include competitive salaries, exceptional health benefits, 401K and a positive and healthy work experience. The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 ‐ $60,000.
