Our Telecommunications Customer Service Member will : Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing marketing techniques.
Execute appointed customer service and sales campaigns with customer acquisitions and promotions. Work with various managers to determine appropriate customized customer service and sales strategies for various telecommunication clients Provide feedback to management to ensure upward improvement and success.
Publicizes promotions and works with other team members to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by a targeted audience.
