What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Asima?
We are a largely successful facility management company on the European market.
Now, we are starting a new project in Miami area that offers all sorts of cleaning services to its clients.
We are looking to fill our team with active and dedicated individuals.
For this position, we are looking for someone to help us prospect for new business, develop relationships with general contractors, builders, commercial developers, property managers and others.
- Plans and maintains an adequate cold and warm calls/leads to cover our market.
- Supports previous clients in securing renewals and selling additional contracted work as needed.
- Prepares and presents proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company's standards.
- Conduct walk-through with the client, and team lead.
- Communicates well with all team members, supervisors, and clients.
- Strives to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.
- Estimates job cost & analyze actual cost.
Qualifications
Industry Knowledge (facility management, residential buildings, hotel experience)
Experience in selling or purchase of janitorial/facility management services
Good negotiation skills
English and Spanish Required
Verbal & written communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
