Job Responsibilities:
- Drive culture and retention at the plant
- Oversees all recruiting activities - creating and posting job description, sourcing, screening, job offer, etc.
- Initiate I9 process and administers Drug Tests and Checks
- Utilizing HRIS system to approve timecards
- FMLA
- Lead "Fun Committee" - plan company events to drive culture
- Walk out on plant floor daily to build relationships
- Attend job fairs to build a bench of candidates for future opportunities
- Employee relations

- 3 years of related HR experience
- I9 verifications
- Experience working in an HRIS systems

- Experience recruiting wide variety of skillsets
