What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Admin (Bilingual) position at Aston Carter?

Description:

- Sitting at front counter and greeting all customers/visitors

- Waiting on customers that walk into the facility

- Responsible for general administrative functions such as filing, faxing, and scanning

- Handles deposits for customers

-Taking payments and entering into system

- Handling questions and inquiries from customers on vehicles and updates

- Answer 10-30 calls per day with questions, concerns, and appointment updates

Hours: M-F 8-5PM w/ 1 HR lunch or could be flexible to be 8:30-5PM with 1/2 hr lunch

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Haves:

-HS Diploma or GED

-1 year experience in office setting and/or face to face customer service

-1 year experience working with Outlook and Excel (basic experience is fine)

-Must be able to work well with team members and customers from many different experience

-Handling stress well and being patient will be an absolute must have here, they will be dealing with VERY difficult customers and situations and they must be able to represent the company well and still provide customer service without getting upset

Nice to Haves:

-Someone who worked at a front desk counter in a parts shop, auto shop, etc.

-Bilingual
