Description :
- The primary duty of Provides detailed tracking and customer service support to our company drivers and brokered carriers.
- Build and manage a carrier network for fast freight bookings.
- Communicate efficiently with carriers and customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Post loads across various outlets as directed.
- Negotiate competitive transportation rates for cost efficiency.
Qualifications to apply :
- 1 year of logistics / dispatching experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Time management and ability to multi task
- Flexible schedule
Shift Times :
- M-Th 6pm-6am
- F-M 8pm-8am
