Directs and supervises the Food Service Department.  Coordinates the planning, preparing and serving of meals. Formulates menus for special diets. Requisitions food, supplies and equipment. Performs related duties on all shifts in the dietary department. Complete MDS related to nutrition status and participates in interdisciplinary care conferences for residents at Weskota Manor Avera and patients at Avera Weskota Memorial Hospital.
