Job Description
Pivot Excavation, LLC, operating under Bach Team, is now hiring a Pipe Layer/Laborer that will be working YEAR-ROUND. We are looking for a quality, hardworking individual to start as soon as possible. We have growth opportunities available; we are looking for quality, driven and organized people. Advancement to a Heavy Equipment Operator will be encouraged. We are based out of Draper, our work is mostly in Salt Lake, Utah & Tooele Counties. Pay is competitive, based on experience & is progressive based on the amount you contribute to the success of the team.

Pipe Layer Responsibilities
- Show up on time each day.
- Shooting and Checking Grades
- Ability & Knowledge of being a top hand.
- Assist crew in installation of subdivision utility piping.
- Follow instructions given by site foreman.
- Show up on time each day.
- Help create a safe work environment.
- Use various hand and power tools.
- Assist crews in every aspect of the work.
- Manual labor includes shoveling, sweeping, and raking.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
Pipe Layer Qualifications
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Working Knowledge of grade road & laser
- Ability to use power hand tools & small equipment.
- Strong work ethic
- Use various hand and power tools.
- A valid driver’s license and Reliable transportation to the job site
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Able to lift 75lbs regularly.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
